Consent to the processing of personal data by a Ylon user
As a user of the Ylon service (the ylon.ru and ylon.am websites and the Ylon mobile app) whose name and contact details are in my account, I freely and in my own interest give Davit Koryuni Mandalyan (a private individual; location (place of residence): 40/1 Dzorapi St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia; email: support@ylon.ru for users in the Russian Federation, support@ylon.am for users in the Republic of Armenia; the “Operator”) my consent to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Purposes: signing up and signing in; maintaining my account and profile; placing and fulfilling orders; messaging other users and shops; service notifications; keeping the service secure. Legal basis: this consent and my contract under the Terms of Use (Article 6(1)(1) and (5) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”; Article 8(1)(1) and Article 9(4)(2) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Personal Data Protection).
2. Personal data: name or nickname; email address and/or phone number; profile photo (if I upload one); delivery addresses and order data; the content of messages and files I upload; device and browser data, including IP address; device push identifier.
3. Operations: collection, recording, entry, organisation, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (alteration, correction), retrieval, use, transformation, restoration, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, erasure and destruction, by automated means.
4. Recipients:
- — the shops I order from, to fulfil the order;
- — parties processing data on the Operator's behalf (hosting, file storage, payment services, delivery services, SMS, email, push notifications, error monitoring). Their names, countries and the data they receive are listed in the “Recipients” section of the Privacy Policy;
- — state authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia, where their laws require.
5. Countries: my data is stored and processed on servers in the Russian Federation. The Operator works with it from the Republic of Armenia. Some recipients are in the Federal Republic of Germany and the United States of America. I consent to my data being transferred to these countries for the purposes above.
6. My rights: I can obtain information about my data, require it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed and its processing stopped, withdraw consent, and challenge the Operator's actions before Roskomnadzor, the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia or a court. Response times are in the “Your rights” section of the Privacy Policy.
7. Duration, withdrawal and its consequences: this consent lasts until I delete my account or withdraw it. I can withdraw it at any time by deleting my account in the settings on the website or in the app (Settings → Security → Delete account) or by writing to support@ylon.ru (Russian Federation) or support@ylon.am (Republic of Armenia). After withdrawal I will not be able to use the account. If I withdraw consent by email, the Operator will stop processing, destroy my data within 10 working days, except data it must keep by law, and tell me within 3 working days of the destruction. If I delete my account in the settings, I can restore it within 30 days by signing in again; which data is deleted after that period and which remains is set out in the “Your rights” section of the Privacy Policy.

Consent to the processing of personal data in a seller application
By submitting the form, I consent to Davit Koryuni Mandalyan (the operator of Ylon; address and contacts in the Privacy Policy, section “Personal data operator (controller)”) processing the application data: the contact person's first and last name; phone and/or email; a social network link; the company or sole-proprietor tax ID (if I provide it); links to my website and Instagram and Facebook pages; my answers; my comment; the market country — and the record of my consent (time, partly masked IP address, browser details).
Purposes: to contact me, review the application and prepare the shop for launch.
Who sees it: the Operator and persons authorised by the Operator to handle applications; every reveal of a hidden field is logged.
Retention: an unfinished form — 30 days from the last change; a rejected application — 12 months from the date of refusal; other applications — until the account is deleted. What remains after these periods is set out in the “Seller application” section of the Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal: at any time by writing to support@ylon.ru (Russian Federation) or support@ylon.am (Republic of Armenia) or by deleting the account.
Consent to sharing the buyer's contact details with the shop
I consent to Davit Koryuni Mandalyan (the operator of Ylon) passing the phone number and email I give in this order to the shop I am ordering from with payment outside Ylon, so that the shop can contact me and fulfil the order. The shop processes this data as an independent operator. Without this consent, to fulfil the order, the shop receives the recipient's name, the order comment and its contents, and also the name, profile photo and username from my account. With payment outside Ylon, the shop does not receive a delivery address, a pick-up point or my account's email.
Allow your voice messages to be transcribed?
If you allow it, a person you chat with who has transcription turned on will be able to turn your voice message into text. To do this, Ylon sends the audio to Groq (USA), or to OpenAI (USA) if Groq is unavailable. The services receive only the audio, without your name or contact details. You can withdraw this in Settings → AI features: your voice messages will no longer be transcribed, and we will delete existing transcripts. The personal data operator is Davit Koryuni Mandalyan, located at 40/1 Dzorapi St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia; the audio recording is processed on the basis of this consent. The consent is valid until you withdraw it. Your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
