These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between Ylon LLC (hereinafter "Platform", "we") and the users of the Ylon marketplace (hereinafter "User", "you"). Ylon is a SaaS marketplace providing a technology platform for buyers and sellers to interact. We are not a seller of goods, do not maintain inventory, and are not responsible for the quality of goods from individual stores. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
"Marketplace" — the Ylon online platform available at ylon.ru and through mobile applications. "Buyer" — a registered user purchasing goods. "Seller" — an individual or legal entity that has created a Shop on the platform and lists goods for sale. "Shop" — a seller's personal storefront within the marketplace. "Listing" — a product card posted by a seller. "Order" — a transaction initiated by a buyer to purchase goods.
The Buyer agrees to: provide accurate personal information during registration; specify a correct delivery address; pay for orders in a timely manner; not use the platform for fraudulent activities; not post fake reviews; follow communication guidelines in chats with sellers; not circumvent the platform's payment system to conduct direct transactions. Violation of these obligations may result in account restriction or suspension.
The Seller agrees to: provide accurate product descriptions, including photographs, specifications, and prices; ship goods within the stated timeframe; comply with consumer protection laws; process returns in accordance with store policy and applicable law; not list prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property); respond to buyer inquiries promptly. The Platform reserves the right to remove a seller's shop for systematic violations.
Payment for goods is processed through integrated payment systems (YooKassa, Robokassa). The Platform charges a commission on each successful transaction according to the seller's plan. The commission rate is displayed in the seller's dashboard. Refunds to the buyer are processed through the same payment system used for the original payment. Refund processing time depends on the buyer's bank and may take up to 10 business days. Bank card data is not stored on Ylon servers — it is processed by the payment provider.
All elements of the platform (design, logos, source code, text) are the intellectual property of Ylon and are protected by copyright law. By posting content on the platform, the Seller grants Ylon a non-exclusive license to use product images and descriptions for the operation of the marketplace. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written consent.
Ylon provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary disruptions. Sellers are responsible for the quality, authenticity, and accuracy of product descriptions. Ylon is not a party to the sale transaction. Ylon's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total commissions paid by that user in the preceding 12 months. Ylon shall not be liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages.
Disputes between buyers and sellers shall first be resolved through negotiation via the platform's built-in chat. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the buyer may contact Ylon support. The Platform reviews inquiries within 5 business days. The Platform's decision is advisory in nature. Disputes not resolved through pre-trial proceedings shall be submitted to the court at the defendant's location in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account.
